Located right by my hotel. This place was packed. And rightly so. However the line moves very fast. They had a lot of different bagel flavors to choose from. Along with a plethora of different cream cheese flavors. It's not gelato it's cream cheese. lol. I got the Lox supreme. Which consisted of lox, regular cream cheese, red onions, capers. On an everything egg bagel. This was very delicious and filling. Kettle cooked bagel you can really taste. Absolutely delightful. Highly recommend this place

Delicious bagel, and super quick service at 8:30am. Ice coffee was also delicious. Classic NYC bacon egg and cheese with great ingredients.

Great, quick bagel spot in Midtown. Bagels were delicious & hot, and their cream cheese spreads (lox/scallion and sundried tomato) tasted fresh. The coffee tasted great too as well as their freshly squeezed orange juice! The line moved quickly too, and there was plentiful seating/standing area throughout with people coming in and out pretty regularly. The staff regularly kept the store clean too. Definitely come to Pio Bagel West if you are looking for a quick bite, NY bagel breakfast!

Bacon egg and cheese on an everything bagel was a hit!!! Service was quick and hardly any line at all. It was just close by and the reviews were great - now I know why. Would definitely recommend if you're already close. As good as any of the shops you have to wait forever for.

I had friends visiting from out of town, one of which had never had a New York bagel, so the stakes were high coming in here. I almost had us all make the trek to one of the bagel spots you always see rated highly on social media (Liberty Bagels, Ess-a-Bagel, you know the types) but it was freezing and we were starving and Pio Bagel had decent ratings, so we took a chance. The gamble paid off. Bagels here were so good we got a second round of them. The everything bagels here don't skimp on seasoning and were fluffy and filling. There are a ton of cream cheese options - we wanted something spicy so went with the jalapeno cheddar and jalapeno scallion on our bagels which we split up. Both were good but the jalapeno cheddar was a cut above the rest. Service here was fast and friendly. Ambiance wise it's pretty casual, there are a few tables in front and a counter in the back. If you're in the area and are craving a bagel, this spot won't disappoint.

First, this location is so convenient! Short walk from the subway & despite it being a weekend morning, there wasn't a long line & I was able to eat in! Second, I was confused about the lack of line because WOW what a yummy bagel! I ordered an Egg Everything with Jalapeño Scallion CC (2 of my favorite CC in 1 so I was stoked) & the texture was great, flavor on point, and overall experience was seamless! There are maybe 10 spots for dine-in so definitely small but I tried my luck with success! I definitely plan on returning - what a good find!

Delicious bagels! I got an everything bagel with the jalapeño chive cream cheese and it was everything I wanted it to be and more. They have a whole deli menu of classics, as well as fresh baked sweets, coffee, and tea. It was also a great value and the service was quick and friendly.

Randomly stumbled upon to this place walking to the train. It had a decent crowd in there so I wanted to try it out. The bagel is on point. Lox and cream cheese great as well. This is a New York City bagel. 10/10 would come back again in the area

Found this place off of yelp trying to find authentic NY bagel. What an assortment. There is a grand display of bagel choices with double that in cream cheese choices. We got the everything bagel with jalapeño cream cheese and the French toast bagel with cinnamon cream cheese. Both bagels came toasted and were spot on. It was exactly what we were looking for. There is a lot of cream cheese on the bagel. I have no idea if it is authentic but it tasted great and was exactly what we were looking for.
